To start a return/exchange, please fill in the form on the CONTACT page and include the email you placed your order with, your order #, and reason for return/exchange.
Please read our policies below prior to submitting your request:
- Returns may be accepted if the return request is submitted within 7 days of receipt, and the item is shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
- All items returned/exchanged must be in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging.
- If product is available, we may issue exchanges.
- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to drop-off your item.
- All sale items, hats, socks and other accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Collabs, limited edition and exclusive drops are final sale.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment. Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund total unless otherwise noted.
- The original shipping charges on the order will not be refunded.
- International returns/exchanges are not supported at the moment.
