ORDERING

Can I change or cancel my order?

Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed as your order may have already been processed or shipped. Requests can only be made while we're in the warehouse, Monday-Friday 9AM-1PM PST.

If you want to change the shipping address or cancel your order please contact us within 30 minutes of placing your order.

Collabs, limited editions, and exclusive drops cannot be modified or cancelled.

Do you offer discounts?

Sign up for our email list for 15% off your first order. Once you're signed up, you'll receive periodic emails/texts with new arrivals, current promos and more.

Only one promo code can be used per purchase and cannot be combined with other offers including free shipping.

We also offer free shipping on domestic orders above $150.

Where is my order confirmation?

Once your order has been received, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address you entered at checkout. If you’re using third party apps (e.g., PayPal, ShopPay, or Apple Pay), make sure to confirm the email address associated with your account is correct.

In most cases order confirmations aren’t received due to a typo in the email address. If you place an order and don't get a confirmation, please check your junk folder first. If you still don't see a confirmation, please contact us. Be sure to include the full name and address associated with your order.

The item I want is out of stock. Do you restock/reissue items?

We occasionally restock items. If the item, you want is sold out please click on the "Notify Me When Available" button and sign up for a restock notification.

Limited edition items will likely not be reissued. Be sure to snag limited edition pieces quickly. Once they're gone, they're gone.

Anything else I should know?
  1. Please remember to use the zip code associated with your billing address when filling out the “Payment” section during checkout.
  2. If your checkout was successful but you haven't received a confirmation email, please check your junk folder.
  3. If checkout was not successful and you have not received a confirmation email you have not been charged. Please confirm all your information and try to check out again.
  4. If you live in an apartment, condo, etc., or are shipping to an office please make sure to include your suite or building number. If you do not include this your package may not be delivered. All undeliverable packages that are returned to us will be canceled and you will be credited back the value of the merchandise less the shipping cost.
  5. If there’s an issue with your shipment and we can’t reach you via email, we may reach out to you on SMS via the phone number you provided.
  6. Discount codes from email/text promos may only be used during the duration of the promotion. Promotional discounts are non-retroactive and cannot be applied to past orders.

SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

Orders usually leave our warehouse within 7 days. This may take longer during holidays and high-volume seasons.

How long will it take to get my order?

This depends on the shipping method selected during checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Policy here for more details on each shipping method.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped you'll receive an email with tracking information. If you're expecting a shipping notification but haven't received one, please check your junk folder.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! Please refer to our Shipping Policy here for estimated delivery time for each shipping method. Just select the desired shipping method when checking out.

My package was lost or damaged. What should I do?

Once your order leaves our warehouse it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver the package. Loss, theft and damage from shipping is out of our control. Thank you for your understanding.

If there is an issue with your package please contact us to resolve the issue.

Tracking shows my order was delivered but I haven't received it. What now?

Please confirm that the shipping address in your order confirmation is correct.

Sometimes couriers will mark a package as delivered before it's been dropped off. Be sure to look out for your package as it will likely be delivered soon.

If you believe your package has been lost please check your mailbox, front/side/back doors, garage area or any other place your package could have been left. Also check with your neighbors to make sure they didn't get your package by mistake.

In general, lost packages are found within a few days. If your package is still missing after 3 days, please contact us to resolve the issue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping through our normal checkout channels. Please contact us separately if interested to purchase our products internationally and we’ll try to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. In this case, we will communicate the cost and duration of shipping prior to placing your order.

Are there any extra fees for international shipping?

International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Depending on your location, there may be additional fees associated with your shipment. If duties and taxes are assessed for your order, a local Courier service representative will reach out to proactively assist with the clearance and delivery of your shipment.

If you refuse to pay the taxes or duties imposed by your local government your order may be seized and you will be held responsible for all fees associated with your order and will not be refunded.

My order is being held for duties and taxes. What now?

A local agent will proactively reach out to help arrange for payment and clearance. Please make sure to provide a valid phone number and email address in the checkout process, as this is the phone number and email that will be attempted to reach for clearance.

How do I track my order?

Please refer to the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email for updates on your order.

Do you offer returns/exchanges for international orders?

Unfortunately, we're not currently able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders. If you received a damaged or incorrect item contact us. Please be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue.

Which items are considered final sale?

All sale items, hats, socks and other accessories are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Collabs, limited edition and exclusive drops are final sale.

HOLIDAY POLICIES

How long will take for my order to ship/arrive?

We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible but orders placed between December 24-January 1 will experience delays.

What’s your holiday return/exchange policy?

Orders placed between December 15-December 24 must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Otherwise, all other policies are the same. Please check our Return and Exchange Policy here.
